Just a heads-up in case you hadn't noticed the shenanigans here: someone decided to copy the content into an article about her husband and turn her into a redirect. I've disentangled the mess, I think. PamD 11:10, 6 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Ok great! I am trying to revive the project currently. If you want you can help out with trying to get it running again. I have a post on the projects planning page on what needs to be done. Most of it is checking on systems to make sure they work/are up-to-date. Sheriff U3 | Talk | Con 13:17, 26 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I was working on a page about her - User:GRuban/Allison Black - but she wrote me (on LinkedIn) that she would prefer not to have one. She didn't give a reason, but I took her at her word, and marked my userspace draft for deletion. She didn't explicitly ask me to ask you to delete this one, but probably just didn't notice it yet. --GRuban (talk) 01:52, 26 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The European Destubathon

You are invited to participate in The European Destubathon in April. Almost $3000 in Amazon voucher prizes which can be used to buy books for content, though it can also be treated as an editathon if you're not interested in competing! Minimum content to be added to each article just to ensure that they're over a stub. Entries at the end of the contest will be tipped into the 50,000 Destubbing Challenge and European Challenge. Previous contests were really enjoyable and I'm hoping this one will be too! Sign up if interested. Thanks! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 17:22, 6 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Rachel Jones (military officer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable for her military career. Mainly there is a burst of news coverage from when her story was published on the army.mil website in 2023 and caused a brief "controversy" due to her trans identity.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Lot of deletions

I nominated several of your articles for deletion before and there was some other situation that I forget. I see a lot of deletions on this page, many of them successful. I think if people are targeting Will for extra scrutiny that is unfortunate and should probably not happen, but if it is not due to scrutiny, then I wonder what is up. Is it just a very high number of articles created? —DIYeditor (talk) 04:20, 17 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry I guess looking at your user page it does seem to be largely due to high number of article creations. Just make sure you pay attention to the deletion reasons and article notability rules, please. —DIYeditor (talk) 04:44, 17 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
