Hello, I am a new user on Wikipedia, and I made mistakes when trying to create the biography article for Vinod Prasad Raturi, I understand now that I violated Wikipedia's rules by not formatting references properly, adding external links in the body text, and nit following neutral tone. I apologize for not realising the importance of these guildlines. I genuinely wanted to contribute reliable information, and I'm learning from my mistakes.
