Is there any reason this article's title is "Fall River station" and not "Fall River Depot"? From what I've seen, practically every secondary source refers to the station by its official name: "Fall River Depot." OrdinaryScarlett (talk) 06:30, 7 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
It does seem to be more common, though some secondary sources use "Fall River station" ([1][2]) and official sources sometimes use "Fall River Station" or "Fall River Depot station" (and sometimes both on one page). I wouldn't be opposed to a move, but an RM is probably needed. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 19:29, 7 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hm, I see. I wasn't aware that the common (and even the official) name was a bit contentious in this way. In that case, I'm also ambivalent on an RM and move myself, unless perhaps another editor can make a compelling argument over using the official name, and what form of it is used.
