From following the pattern of other Divisions created as part of the same 'wave', I think the OOB has a couple of typos. [Of course even the germans don't always follow patterns rigorously]. I suspect that:
1. the Reserve-Radfahrer-Kompanie should be Nr. 81 not 61
2. the second Reserve-Feldartillerie-Regiment should be Nr.68 not 78
