Pangasinan Link Expressway

The Pangasinan Link Expressway (PLEX) is proposed 42.76-kilometer (26.57 mi), controlled-access highway in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. It will start at the Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway (TPLEX) in Laoac before ending Lingayen.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
