Natural High (Variety show)
Natural High (Chinese: 现在就出发) is a Chinese outdoor reality show started in 2023. The shows regular members who featured in all seasons are Shen Teng, Bai Jingting, Gina Jin and Jia Bing.[1] Each episode features simple games, where a group of celebrities travels across the country, attempts various tasks, and participates in fun activities.[2] The success of the show led to a second season in 2024.[3] The program showcase natural beauty while using local culture to energize destinations.[4]
Plot
Each day, the participants explore traditional Chinese agricultural farms and their activities; they engage in fun activities and simple competitions for entertainment.[5]

Reception and production
The show broke 25,000 views within 35 minutes of its launch, setting a record for the fastest breaking S-level variety show index and topped chart for 5 consecutive weeks.[9]
The show is jointly produced by Chengdu Film and Television City based Tianfu Kuanzhai Culture Communication Co. Ltd., Tencent Video, and Yisheng Xiangyang.[10]
