Mostly the work of one guy as far as I can tell. Originally started spamming this site as Rohith Kilari, but then started socking as Abhay Ram. I've indeffed both, but considering he's now socking, it might be wise to consider the blacklist. Site is typical cookie-cutter Indian entertainment nothingness. From their [www.tollyspice.com/p/started-in-february-2016-tollyspice.html About us page], "Started in February 2016, TollySpice delivers quality film updates." Obviously if it was started last month it couldn't possibly be considered a reliable published source with an established reputation for fact-checking, etc. Advertising seems to be the only motive for adding links at Wikipedia. I don't know if the main domain is in blacklist or not, but users still can use the mirror domain links in WP articles, an example. The long-term abuser and his related accounts plagued many articles and talk pages with the content of that website.
