2025 Open 13 Provence – Singles

Defending champion Ugo Humbert[1] defeated Hamad Medjedovic in the final, 7–6(7–4), 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2025 Open 13 Provence.[2] It was his seventh ATP Tour singles title. Humbert was the fourth player to defend the title since the tournament's inception in 1993, after Marc Rosset, Thomas Enqvist and Stefanos Tsitsipas.
