The junior account popped up and began editing Investindustrial just after the senior account had created two copies of that article, in draft space and article space. I then declined the draft, and asked the senior account about conflict of interest, and put notability and reference tags on the article. The junior account then removed the tags, because the senior account had been cautioned not to edit until the COI question was answered.

- Technically no more than
Possible - same countries, but looks like two different cities. Could be coordinated, of course -
Behavioural evidence needs evaluation. Girth Summit (blether) 17:27, 23 September 2022 (UTC)
- The suspected master is an editor with 7000+ edits, not all of which relate to Investindustrial. Given that and the inconclusive technical result, I'm inclined to say that the Eleonorarisso single-purpose account is probably not the same person as Peter39c. I agree with the possibility that both Peter39c and Eleonorarisso may have a COI with respect to Investindustrial, especially given the overlap on the draft. However, at this time, I don't think there is enough evidence to justify a block for sockpuppetry. Closing without action. Mz7 (talk) 07:19, 5 October 2022 (UTC)

Peter39c was blocked for copvios by Whpq on 29 July 2023. Doriath77 created their account on 3 August 2023. Both are frequent editors on Italian subjects and car racing: editor interaction tool records overlap on 17 articles. The prolific notable point of overlap is 2023 Italian wildfires: Doriath77 with 56 edits and Peter39c with 187. Edits on this page are similar in their near universal lack of edit summary (save for what looks like a single semi-automated edit by Peter39c) and the addition of very short one or two sentence paragraphs terminating in an Italian-language source (Peter39c example; Doriath77 example). Peter39c was blocked following the creation of a very inadequate mainspace creation; Doriath77 opened with the now-draftified and similarly CIR 2023 Spain wildfires. Note overlap on both Template:2023 wildfires and Template:F1cstat; templates are unusual fare for new editors and overlapping editing on two templates in two subject areas within a month of the suspected master's block is almost DUCK. - Also note that COI and SPA Eleonorarisso was suspected as a sock of Peter39c but only ruled as probable. With clearer evidence that Peter39c likely operated as a COI editor in the wake of their Conserve Italia creation–particularly their insinuation that they had to
complete the articles quickly
as though on a deadline–suggests that perhaps the benefit of the doubt was given to someone who did not deserve it. ~ Pbritti (talk) 03:48, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
