I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: This contents of this article are notable, but may never be very large. Probably best to put this material into the Australia in World War II article. However, if there are sources that have lots of detail about the decision to declare war (controversies, pros/cons, etc) then perhaps this could be a standalone article. But as it stands now: should be merged.
