I don't think that is the official name. Their website and bylaws say Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club. Well, technically their bylaws say Alice B. Toklas Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Democratic Club, but I think it's appropriate to abbreviate LGBT and that is what they do on their website.
