Was wondering if you could look and review the article for a moment, and see if the tag could be removed, since both those and most other sources show significant coverage for an election in a area with over 2 million people. @Yoblyblob: Generally, a local issue without significant and sustained coverage is not going to be notable enough for its own article. There is a burst of recent coverage because the election is current, but there is almost nothing related to the issue in the months before the ballot measure was filed.
