The Integrated Taxonomy Information System^[1] suggests that Ellipsoptera puritana is the currently accepted name for the Puritan tiger beetle with Cicindela puritana as a synonym. I have made a merge proposal on the species' articles. Tsarivan613 (talk) 15:35, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
