You said here that you were needing someone to do article recording. I could hopefully work on that over the summer. @Airplane Maniac: Wow, thanks! It may be good to read a few guidelines on the matter. I can sum up some important details on recording below:

• Add a half second of silence at the beginning of your sound file. This will eliminate buffering ‘hiccups,’ which may cause the first syllable in your spoken article to be inaudible as the file begins to stream (play).
• Properly format the filename. The filename must be prefixed by "En-" to show that the recording is in English. Followed by the article title in canonicalized form. Finally the suffix "-article" plus the oggextension. Example: En-Sample_lemma-article.ogg
• Treat links like text when reading. Any vocal indication of every link would disrupt the flow.
• Speak more slowly than normal, by about 25%. You should have about 150–160 words per minute so people can comfortably hear an article. Most conversational speech is at 200 words per minute or more.
• Tell people where it's from. Begin your recordings with:

  "Article name, from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, at E N dot wikipedia dot org."

• Read out all headings as you come to them like this: "Section one: History", "Section two: Modern uses" etc. To make it easier to remember the numbering, go to your preferences, and under "Appearance" check the box "Auto-number headings".
• Tell people how it's licensed. Wikipedia articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. Spoken versions are derivative works, so end your recordings with:

  "This sound file and all text in the article are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License, available at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0"

That would be great! I think we should do that, at least for the first article. Then, after that, we can determine if it is still needed. Just a note though, I may not be able to start for a week or two. I need to finish up with school, then I will begin recording. If you would like to see my ongoing notes before I clean them up and post them on the talk page, you can always check out my personal notes on the article. I just didn't want my stream of consciousness to clog the BHS talk page before I get a chance to clean it up and/or change my mind about certain revisions. Read at your own risk, and all I ask is that you don't make any major revisions until I am done with the copy edit. Hello! While I respect that you may not agree with my approach to cleaning up the Moyers Corners Fire Department page, characterizing it as "Massive hardly substantiated page blanking" I think is a big extreme. Each of my edits had a clear edit summary and more than 50% of the material I removed was completely plagiarized, word for word which is of course not allowed. I agree that the page is now a fraction of what it once was, but given that it was mostly plagiarized and just a list of individual members...
