Norsk nynorsk: Våpen for Kragerø kommune i Telemark fylke, godkjent ved kongeleg resolusjon 28. januar 1938.
Motiv: På svart bunn ein sølv galei.[1] Då Kragerø fekk privilegium som by i 1666, måtte byen ta på seg å byggje og utruste ein galei med fem kanonar. Galeiane var ein skipstype som vert mest brukt i forsvaret av skjærgardane. Dei hadde latinarsegl og årar, ofte i fleire rekkjer.
