Loadmate Industries Private Limited is an Indian manufacturer of material handling equipment, including electric overhead travelling (EOT) cranes, electric chain hoists, wire rope hoists, jib cranes, and goliath cranes. Headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, the company serves industries such as steel, oil and gas, construction, logistics, and shipbuilding.[1]

History

Loadmate was founded in 1991 and began its operations manufacturing manual chain pulley blocks.[2] The company later expanded its operations to include electric hoists, cranes, and other customized lifting solutions for industrial use.

Loadmate’s primary manufacturing facility is located in Sayan Industrial Park, Surat, Gujarat. Its equipment is supplied across India and exported to more than 30 countries globally, including markets in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.[3]

Clients

Loadmate’s clientele includes major private and public sector companies such as Tata Steel, AMNS India, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Indian Oil Corporation, ONGC, and Reliance Industries.[3]

Technological Developments

The company has implemented features such as wireless remote control, load monitoring sensors, and safety automation across its product lines. It is also developing IoT-enabled cranes for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.[3]
