The 2024–25 UNLV Lady Rebels basketball team represents the University of Nevada, Las Vegas during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Lady Rebels, led by fifth-year head coach Lindy La Rocque, play their home games at the Cox Pavilion, attached to the Thomas & Mack Center in Paradise, Nevada as members of the Mountain West Conference.

Previous season

The Lady Rebels finished the 2023–24 season 30–3, 17–1 in Mountain West play, to finish as Mountain West regular season champions.[1] They defeated Fresno State,[2] Colorado State,[3] and San Diego State to win their third straight Mountain West tournament championship, and earned the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.[4] They received the #10 seed in the Albany Regional 2,[5] where they would fall to #7 region seed Creighton in the first round.[6]

Preseason

On October 16, 2024, the Mountain West Conference released their preseason coaches poll. UNLV was picked to finish first in the Mountain West regular season.[7]
